Ubuntu Updates lead to video drivers crash

Sorry if this question is a duplicate, I don't seem to find anything related to this issue.

I'm using Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS, Gnome 3.28, hybride video (Intel + Radeon). Here's uname --all result if it helps:

Linux ***-pc 4.15.0-65-generic #74-Ubuntu SMP Tue Sep 17 17:06:04 UTC 2019 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

I'm trying to use Amdgpu-pro videodrivers, and each time after autoupdate and reboot I'm getting system crash, mostly it's graphic crash, but sometimes it's read-only fs, package failure and stuff like that. I usually manage to get it all back working, but this situation is kinda stressful.

Could you please give me any clues of where to dig for solution?

UPD: forgot to mention, each time I get such crashes the system seems to get back to use llvmpipe drivers, which makes me think it's amdgpu problem.
