We're having a potluck party on Sunday. We're providing fried chicken, others are bringing sides. Here's the dilemma: the really GOOD places to get fried chicken around here aren't open on Sunday so I'd have to pick it up Saturday and then reheat for the party on Sunday. Can this be done without making a soggy yucky mess? Am I better off buying less 'good' fried chicken from the local grocer that can be picked up fresh?
