File Geodatabase or DBF File to SQL Server?

I receive several DBF files from another organization on a monthly basis.

I can import the DBF file into a file geodatabase, however, I am wondering if there is a way to either directly import the DBF file or the File Geodatabase into a SQL Server database, so others can query the data using SQL Server Management Studio?

I have tried this: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/3119868/how-to-go-from-dbf-files-to-sql-server-2008 however, I don't have "Microsoft Office 12.0 Access Database Engine OLE DB Pro" listed as an option in my drop-down menu.

What are the best options for getting this done?
