Blender destroys my normal maps when using BOX to create a normal map

Im currently working on an ONI in blender, the problem is if I bake a normal map normally (just the retopo and then selecting high poly then low poly and then bake) so green spots appear, I searched and the awswer whas was to bake the normal with box, adter doing this its bakes half the mesh almost perfectly and the other half bad as hell, the normal are ok on the box and the lowpoly, mirror modifier is already applied, there are no doubles (already checked with remove doubles), I dont know what more to do ir try, pls help! enter image description here
